About Books4Tanzania
We are a small, busy organisation working for Tanzania. We receive no government funding and have no paid staff. Our founder, Angela grew up and was educated herself in Tanzania and Kenya. A long successful career in Education in the UK stands her in good stead in her present post as our Executive Trustee.
Derek, our tireless chairman, is a chartered accountant and tax expert.
Chris is Operations Director of the travel firm www.go2tanzania.co.uk and has known Tanzania all her life.
Tim Farron MP for Westmorland and Lonsdale generously became our President during 2007. We are grateful for his ongoing encouragement and support.
